New Antioxidant Activator / Most Popular Nootropic Ingredients (6 Aug 2021)

While researching nootropics (brain health) since my stroke, I've learned some interesting other nutritional lessons that can improve everyone's health (some are the usual suspects). Sharing the short list (click name to buy):

  1. Sulforaphane (broccoli sprout extract) is the most potent antioxidant activator (common antioxidants are dead). Here's an important video. Since BroccoMax is sold out, I use this.
  2. Grape seed extract is a very important nutrient for blood vessel health (brain/eye/body) including cholesterol levels.
  3. Bilberry extract (European blueberry) is also important for blood vessels and brain health. It's included in fancy omega-3 concoctions, but it's cheap to buy separately.
  4. N-Acetyl Cysteine causes the body to create its very own master antioxidant - glutathione. It's very important for the immune system.
  5. Phosphatidylserine is the single most important brain supplement. It is used in every fancy brain "optimizer" supplement I've investigated. Acetyl L-carnitine, Alpha Lipoic Acid are also on that list of top occurring ingredients. I just finished testing "Neuro Optimizer". It works. Less tip of tongue moments. Increased focus a lot.
